Based in Minneapolis, serves the metro area. Simpson Housing Services houses, supports, and advocates for youth, single adults, and families experiencing homelessness. It operates under the Housing First model that moves families into housing first and then provides services.

Grant supports the Family Spirit Home Visiting program, an evidence-based, culturally tailored home visiting initiative designed to support families with children from prenatal to 5 years old. The program serves about 200 children and 155 parents/caregivers annually, focusing on promoting child development, reducing parental stress, and preparing children for kindergarten. The approach is strengths-based and aims to break generational cycles of homelessness and poverty.
