Focus Area: Youth Development
Grant Amount: $12,500
Located in St. Paul. Founded in 1939, Keystone provides services for youth and families, seniors, and those needing food services or crisis support. Programming and services are delivered out of their West 7th Community Center, three food shelves, and Youth Express sites. Keystone provides year-round programming for youth ages 5-12 at both its McDonough and West 7th sites, offering tutoring in math, reading, and SEL skills, as well as culturally based programming.
Grant supports development of a Family Navigator position to help the families of the youth. The Family Navigator will create an elementary-age parenting group, offer activities for whole families, and meet with families as needed to help them with school or program concerns.
