Based in Minneapolis, serves Twin Cities metro area. Way to Grow is a collaborative home-visiting-based program whose goal is to help very vulnerable families get their children ready for school. Working closely with parents and communities, Way to Grow ensures that children within the most isolated families are born health, stay healthy, and are prepared for school.

Grant supports multi-generational family engagement programs for families with children ages 0-8 in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, St. Louis Park, and Richfield. The programs promote healthy child development, strengthen parent-child social-emotional bonds, improve cognitive development, build school readiness skills, enhance parenting skills, and develop parent advocacy.
