Located in Minneapolis. Formerly known as Headway, Youable provides comprehensive mental health therapy, counseling and classes to more than 45,000 families each year. Established in 1970, it is a large metro mental health services provider with clinics in 4 locations.

Grant supports expansion of the Healthy Families Home Visiting program that serves Native American families living in and around the Little Earth community in South Minneapolis. The program uses the Family Spirit curriculum to make the Healthy Families curriculum culturally appropriate. Youable hired a Native American home visitor to implement it, as only Native/Indigenous individuals can be trained in the program. The home visiting program focuses on young mothers with very young children, helping the mothers to understand child development and appropriate parenting skills.
